What a weekend! Campus buzzed with energy as we hosted three incredible programs last weekend: W&L Salutes: Generations of Service, the Institute for Honor and the Theater, Dance and Film Studies: Encore. Meanwhile, students danced the night away at the "James Bond" themed Fancy Dress. Be sure to check out the throwback photos below — some traditions never change! And this is just the beginning of a packed spring. Stay connected by following us on social media and visiting the alumni website for the latest events. |
This issue is filled with exciting updates. You'll find the latest on the Leading Lives of Consequence campaign and inspiring stories of alumni making an impact. We're also shining a spotlight on my classmate, Brooke deRosa '01 — an award-winning composer, conductor, vocalist and filmmaker. And a must-read is about our Career Fellows program, a key driver of Career and Professional Development's success. It's been incredible to watch it grow from just three students in 2014 to 38 this year. Fun fact: One of our very first Career Fellows, Kassie Scott '18, recently returned to campus to deliver a lecture. |
