| When I travel on behalf of Washington and Lee and meet with alumni, parents and friends, I often share two thoughts: First, I have never been prouder to be a part of W&L. Second, our university has never been on a better trajectory. This month's Generally Speaking is full of evidence to support both. Alumni Weekend broke multiple attendance and fundraising records, and campus was alive with energy and enthusiasm. The momentum continued with the exciting announcement of a generous anonymous gift for a new building, named Founders Hall, that will house Admissions, Financial Aid and the Johnson Program. You can read more about that — and much more — below. |
| And watch your inboxes this summer for more information on our new alumni directory platform, which will bring enhanced functionality and better searchability for you to stay connected to one another. Please make sure your email address is up to date in Colonnade Connections to ensure you receive the latest on our new directory. More to come soon! |
