Stay on Top of Your Financial Planning |
|
TIAA and Fidelity Certified Financial Planners are on campus throughout the year to meet with participants. |
• For those nearing retirement, they can explain the options available for drawing money when you retire and can help with related paperwork.
• For new employees, they can explain the investment choices and help you set up your retirement account.
• All other participants are encouraged to meet annually with TIAA or Fidelity to review your account and make any necessary changes. |
Schedules and instructions for making an appointment are available on the HR website, and then click on "Programs and Events." |
In addition, you have access to free personal financial planning through SageView Advisory Group, a Registered Investment Advisory firm. They are committed to providing free personal financial planning, asset allocation support and overall financial wellbeing advice and services for W&L employees. Patrick Abelon from SageView is on campus each month to meet one-on-one with employees. He can answer questions ranging from, "how do I enroll in the 403(b) Plan" to "am I on track with my saving goals," and all retirement planning questions in-between. Patrick's schedule is also on the website noted above. Questions may be directed to Kim Austin. |
