Parking Permits are Available
Parking permits for the 2025-2026 academic year are now available. Each faculty and staff member is allowed one complimentary permit and may register up to two vehicles to the permit. As a reminder, permits must be renewed annually.
Employees should order their permit online by visiting W&L My Apps dashboard and clicking on the iParq Parking app. Once logged in, click on "Buy Permits." Select "Add Item" under Pre-Approved Faculty Staff Permit 2025-2026. Vehicle changes can be made at any time using your iParq account.
If this is your first time registering your vehicle for a W&L parking permit, or you have a new vehicle, you will need to enter the following information to your iParq account: license plate state and number, as well as the vehicle's year, make, model and color. Upon completion of your online registration, your permit will be held by the Office of Public Safety (255 E. Denny Circle) for pick up. If you would like your permit to be sent via interoffice mail to your work location, please ensure your work location is updated in the iParq system and notify Public Safety of your preference via email parking@wlu.edu.
