Melanie D. Wilson Named Next Dean of W&L Law
A highly respected scholar on issues of criminal procedure, Wilson is currently dean emerita and Lindsay Young Distinguished Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Michael Hill Appointed Director of the DeLaney Center
Michael Hill, professor and chair of the Africana Studies program at W&L, will serve as the inaugural director of the DeLaney Center, an interdisciplinary academic center for teaching and research on Southern race relations, culture and politics.
ODK Holds Spring Initiation For W&L Honorees
W&L’s Alpha Circle of ODK, the national leadership honor society, inducted 28 new undergraduate members and four honorary initiates.
Phi Beta Kappa Initiates New Members During 2022 Convocation
The Phi Beta Kappa chapter at W&L welcomed 57 students into the prestigious honor society.
W&L Law Releases 2021 Graduate Employment Report
According to the report, 90.7 percent of the class of 2021 secured a full-time, long-term job that either requires bar passage or for which a J.D. degree is an advantage.
