| With the changing leaves, crisp mornings and Young Alumni Weekend right around the corner, fall has officially arrived at W&L. We look forward to welcoming the classes of 2012-2022 back to campus at the end of October for a weekend of celebrations. Fall Reading Days begin tomorrow, and we are excited to have a group of students travelling to Washington, D.C., for the Office of Career and Professional Development's fall career trips. Students will visit alumni working in consulting, public policy and accounting. |

Law and Literature Weekend Seminar |
Each fall, the School of Law chooses a compelling text and invites participants to campus for a unique sharing of ideas and responses with a team of professors. The Oct. 14-15 program will focus on Mary Shelley’s classic novel Frankenstein: or, The Modern Prometheus (1818), the story of a young scientist whose unorthodox experiments end up creating the famed “monster.”
