Jeff Schatten discussed his research on artificial intelligence and how it can be used to improve efficiency at work at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley’s annual Business Forum Luncheon.

The university offers group fitness classes on campus for the entire W&L community to enjoy. These classes are taught by students, faculty, staff and community members and cover several exercise types such as Zumba, yoga, HIIT, cardio circuit, martial arts, CrossFit, spin and boot camp style classes. The faculty/staff cost for the Winter Term is $36, which breaks down to roughly $3 per week. For more information and to secure your spot today, visit the Group Ex website. Latif Bolat, one of the most renowned Turkish musicians in North America, has presented concerts and lectures at colleges, universities, performing arts institutions and festivals throughout the world. With a vast repertory that includes songs in classical, folk and Sufi mystic music styles, he accompanies his singing on the baglama (long-necked lute), and various other traditional instruments from the Turkish folk music tradition. Admission is free.
