The university offers group fitness classes on campus for the entire W&L community to enjoy. These classes are taught by students, faculty, staff and community members and cover several exercise types such as Zumba, yoga, HIIT, cardio circuit, martial arts, CrossFit, spin and boot camp style classes. The faculty/staff cost for the Winter Term is $36, which breaks down to roughly $3 per week. For more information and to secure your spot today, visit the Group Ex website.
