Register for W&L's EV Charging Station |
|
There are two new level 2 charging ports now available on the top level of the W&L Parking Deck! Charging is now open to the public, but W&L parking permit holders can be charged at a special reduced rate. IMPORTANT: This rate is not automatically applied. You must register with W&L Public Safety, or you will be charged the general public rates and be subject to a 6-hour maximum charging time. |
Registering is quick and super easy. Just email Public Safety Technology Manager Laura Campbell at lcampbell@wlu.edu. Put "EV Charging" in the subject line and include your name and email address in the body of the email. Once you receive and accept the follow-up email from Public Safety, you'll be ready to go. |

Employee Wellness Fair is Oct. 24 |

You are invited to the Washington and Lee Employee Wellness Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 24 in Evans Dining Hall from 8 to 11 a.m. The fair features a wide variety of vendors sharing information about wellness and work-life opportunities. You can book biometric screenings (by appointment), and walk-in flu shots and Covid vaccines will be available. Please complete these forms and bring them with you, along with your health insurance card. A light fare breakfast will be available and employees can win big money through the employee raffle (get an extra ticket for receiving your flu shot and/or Covid vaccine). Questions?
