6th Annual Live Well W&L 5K Fun Run/Walk |

The entire W&L community is invited to join us for a morning full of fun on Tuesday, April 18! The race kicks off from Cannan Green at 10 a.m., with food and awards to follow. |

• Couch to 5K Training Group: March 6 – April 12 on Mondays and Wednesdays, 12:10-12:50 p.m.
• Guided route previews throughout March and April.
• Live Well W&L "Spring Training" Contest: March 31 – April 14. |
