A presentation titled "Emotional Agility" will be held in Hillel 101 on March 20 at 11 a.m. Neely Conner from the Carilion EAP program will instruct us how to harness the power of our emotional experiences and use them as a guiding force rather than trying to change, control or conceal them. Gain valuable insights into navigating your emotions effectively. This event is sponsored by the Office of Human Resources and LiveWell W&L. No registration is required.
