Starting March 31, you can rack up steps (and miles) as you prepare for the 5K, plus earn a chance to win one of five $125 gift certificates and a token along the way. Not a runner? Not a problem! Put on your sneakers and go for a walk! |
How it works: Log into your Live Well W&L account and click on the contests tab. Click "Join" then "Live Well W&L 5K Spring Training Contest." Log your miles with your tracker or self-report between March 31-April 14. |
