Updates to PATH for 2023-24
Human Resources announces updates to the 2023-2024 PATH beginning July 1, 2023. New features include:
  • Workday's reformatted templates that improve the appearance, navigation, and help text in the PATH.
  • Updated competency language for each career stage that better articulates the university's. expectations of employee behavior and aligns the PATH competencies with the university's Strategic Plan and Statement of Commitment to Diversity.
  • New PATH reports available to managers that make it easier to track the status of PATH completion.
Those who complete a PATH or evaluate an employee in the PATH are encouraged to attend an informational meeting offered in Hillel 101 on the following dates:
Tuesday, May 2, 9 a.m.-10 a.m.
Thursday, May 4, 11 a.m.-Noon
Tuesday, May 9, 2 p.m.-3 p.m.
Wednesday, May 10, 1 p.m.-2 p.m.
Thursday, May 11, 3 p.m.-4 p.m.
In addition, Human Resources is scheduled to present the updates to the Office Professionals Network (OPNs) on May 4, at 3 p.m. at 2 South Main Street. Human Resources is also available upon request to present updates at departmental staff meetings.

2023 Finale: Employee Appreciation Picnic
The 2023 Employee Appreciation Picnic, Finale, will be held on Friday, May 26 from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. on Cannan Green. Your family is welcome to join in on the fun! As a reminder, the university will close at 2 p.m. following the picnic.
