Live Well W&L 5K Spring Training Contest |
|
Want help getting ready for the Live Well W&L 5K Fun Run/Walk on April 18? Registration is now open for the Live Well W&L 5K Spring Training Contest! Starting tomorrow, you can rack up steps (and miles) as you prepare for the 5K, plus earn a chance to win one of five $125 gift certificates and a token along the way. Not a runner? Not a problem! Put on your sneakers and go for a walk! |
How it works: Log into your Live Well W&L account and click on the contests tab. Click "Join" then "Live Well W&L 5K Spring Training Contest." Log your miles with your tracker or self-report between March 31-April 14. |
Prizes: Everyone who logs at least one 5K (3.1 miles) in the Spring Training Contest will receive one entry into the raffle, and five lucky winners will receive a $125 gift certificate to Lex Running Shop. Plus they will collect a wellness token. |
