Faculty and Staff Lunch Climb on Wednesdays
Want to climb without the worry of students watching you? Come to the Outing Club Pavilion Wednesdays from noon-1 p.m. for the remainder of Spring Term for a faculty/staff lunch climb. If you haven't climbed before and need assistance, James Dick and Ben Schlief are generally around and eager to assist you. Feel free to bring your lunch and enjoy our beautiful climbing structures! Be on the lookout for summer climbing hours as well.

“Sisters at the Loom: The Baer Family Legacy” Exhibition
5-7 p.m. Special Collections and Northen Auditorium
W&L Special Collections is pleased to announce the opening of “Sisters at the Loom: The Baer Family Legacy.” There will be an opening reception with light hors d'oeuvres and at 5:30 p.m., Frances Richardson, one of the modern weavers and curators of the exhibition, will describe the project and how it revealed a web of neighborhood, family, and commerce that spread far from the Baers’ farm.

The members of the local duet, Anima e Grazia, will be featuring romantic composers of the world. Julia Goudimova (cello) and Anna Billias (piano) will weave their grace and passion into both the famous and the undiscovered gems of international music literature. No tickets are required.

The DeLaney Center will present a screening of the movie “The Best of Enemies” followed by a panel-led discussion. All are welcome to attend both the screening and the discussion. If you’ve already seen the movie, feel free to arrive at 7 p.m. for the panel. Dinner will be provided.
