W&L is pleased to announce that salary increase letters for benefit eligible faculty and staff will be distributed electronically in Workday on Friday, June 21 by the close of business. Salary increases are effective July 1, 2024. Employees eligible to participate in this increase process will receive an email when their statement is ready. Employees will be able to access their statement via the Compensation Review Statement link located on the homepage in Workday Announcements. |
Staff annual salary increase guidelines are available online through the Human Resources section of the W&L website. |
Please note salary increase letters are limited to providing base pay increase information, thus stipends for faculty serving in roles such as Department/Program head will be accessible in Workday when they become effective July 1, but are not included in the letter. Furthermore, employees in multiple positions will receive a letter specific to each position held. |

New App for Campus EV Chargers |
|
There is a new service provider for the two Level 2 electric vehicle charging ports on the top level of the W&L Parking Deck. Instructions for downloading the new EV+ app are posted on the charging stations. |
W&L students and employees with a current campus parking permit are eligible for a lower hourly charging rate, but must register with Public Safety to access the preferred rates. Even those who registered earlier in the year for charging using the previous app must register again to secure the lower rates. Anyone who does not register with Public Safety will be charged the general rate and be subject to a 6-hour maximum charging time. |
Registering is quick and super easy. Just email Public Safety Technology Manager Laura Campbell at lcampbell@wlu.edu. Put "EV Charging" in the subject line and include your name, email address and, if applicable, class year, in the body of the email. Once you receive and accept the follow-up email you'll be ready to go. |
