Salary Increases 2023-24
W&L is excited to announce that salary increase letters for benefit eligible faculty and staff will be distributed electronically in Workday on Friday, June 2 by the close of business. Salary increases are effective July 1, 2023. Employees eligible to participate in this increase process will receive an email when their statement is ready. Employees will be able to access their statement via the Compensation Review Statement link located on the homepage in Workday Announcements.
Staff annual salary increase guidelines are available on the Human Resources website. Please note salary increase letters are limited to providing base pay increase information, thus stipends for serving in roles such as department/program head will be accessible in Workday when they become effective July 1, but are not included in the letter. Furthermore, employees in multiple positions will receive a letter specific to each position held.

Deadline is Today!
TODAY is the deadline to claim your Live Well W&L tokens and your discount for the entire year!
Why is this important? Because you could save $300-900 on your W&L health insurance premiums this coming year (starting July 1)!
How: If you haven't done so already, earn and record a minimum of two essential (red) Live Well W&L tokens by end-of-day today for a $25/month discount on your W&L health insurance premium (total: $300 per year). Earn two essential and four holistic tokens and your discount doubles to $50/month (that's $600 total for the year)! If you have a spouse/domestic partner on your insurance – or are a single parent with a child on your insurance – your discount could go as high as $75/month ($900 for the year)!
• In case you've forgotten how to login to your account or enter tokens, here are some quick instructions.
• If your spouse/domestic partner needs to activate their account, click here.
