Ruscio, who served as president of Washington and Lee University from 2006-2016, will return to the role in an interim capacity until the university’s next president is named and seated.

Get ready to step outside and enjoy the beauty of campus! Join campus community members on Monday, May 18, for a refreshing back campus hike led by Outing Club staff member Katelyn Nicely. Participants will gather at the Outing Club Pavilion at 11:30 a.m. and set off together on a scenic trek to the gazebo, where snacks and drinks will be waiting. The hike will take approximately 90 minutes and covers just over a mile — just the right amount of time to get some fresh air, stretch your legs and connect with colleagues along the way.
