You Could Be Missing Out on $600-$900
Time's ticking on the opportunity to earn a discount on your W&L health insurance worth up to $600-$900 (or snag a $100 gift certificate if you're not on W&L insurance). You have until June 1 to log your progress and meet the qualifications.
Check your progress in your Live Well W&L account under the rewards tab. If it shows you have earned 2/2 Essential Tokens and 4/4 Holistic Tokens, then you are good to go! If not, keep earning tokens until June 1 to secure your savings.
Don't forget, if you have a spouse or domestic partner, their participation will earn you an even greater discount. And if you're a single parent with a child covered under your W&L health insurance, you can increase your discount by submitting the form on the Live Well W&L FAQ page. Contact support@SBWell.com if you require technical assistance with your account or reach out to Andrea Velasquez with any questions.
