University Memorial Acknowledgments |
On behalf of the university, Human Resources recognizes the passing of employees, retirees, and their immediate family members by sending a peace lily or making a memorial contribution. Please notify Human Resources with a copy of the obituary as soon as possible when you learn of a death. Immediate family includes spouse/domestic partner, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers/sisters-in-law, mothers/fathers-in-law and sons/daughters-in-law. Additionally, HR will send a peace lily or memorial for the passing of retirees and the spouses of living retirees. Thank you for helping W&L acknowledge these losses in a timely manner. |

Sign up for the Faculty/Staff Block Meal Plan |
Did you know that W&L offers a block meal plan for faculty and staff? For just $250 you can receive a block of 25 meals that can be used in any of the campus dining locations (The Marketplace, Café 77, E. Café, Fireside, Foodside, Tea House, and Brief Stop) at any time – including special event meals! The meal equivalency rates in our retail venues are $7.75 for breakfast and $11.00 for lunch and dinner. This block meal plan offers you the best value, at an average cost of $8.98 per meal plus tax. Your meals will never expire. No worries if you don't use them all before the end of the academic year – your meals carry over to the next term! To add the faculty/staff block plan to your account, simply visit the Faculty and Staff Meal Plan Form online. |
