Review Your Home and Work Addresses |
|
It's that time again! Each fall the Office of Human Resources asks that employees review their personal information to be sure everything is correct. To review and update your information, please log into Workday (myapps.wlu.edu) and follow the instructions below: |
• Click on the personal information application (hamburger icon at the top left).
• Under change, click on contact information.
• Review your home and work contact information.
• If changes are required, click on the edit button (near the top) and select home or work contact information, whichever is applicable.
• Click on the pencil in the appropriate box to make the necessary change(s).
• Click on the checkmark once you have made your change(s).
• Click Submit. |
Remember to update the address for your dependents and beneficiaries as well. From the Workday home page, click on the benefits application and select the buttons (beneficiaries and/or dependents) to update the address. If you changed your work contact information, please also follow the below steps below to ensure that your work space also gets changed so that the online directory will be correct going forward: |
• Click on your profile picture at the top right, then click view profile.
• Hover your mouse over position, then click the three dots to the right.
• Click position > change my work space.
• In the work space field, select your building and office location.
• Click submit. |
