Verify Your Home E-mail Address in Workday! |
|
As the academic year begins, faculty and staff are asked to verify that an up-to-date home (secondary) email address is added to Workday. Please refer to the Workday Quick Tips page for simple instructions. An accurate home email address is helpful for the following two reasons: |
- General Alerts: To ensure you have the best chance of receiving messages from General Alerts, your work email, home email and mobile phone (SMS/text) are all used as a method of contact.
- MyApps (Okta Self Service): If you find yourself locked out of your W&L account due to a forgotten password, or another reason your home email address and mobile phone can be used to quickly validate your identity and restore account access.
|
If you have any questions about updating your home email in Workday, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at x4357 or help@wlu.edu. |
