| W&L's athletics' winter season is just about wrapped up, with just two teams of representation left in what has been an incredible March. |
| Women's basketball ended the season with a 31-1 overall record while making their second NCAA Division III Championship quarterfinal appearance in the last three seasons, with Mary Schleusner '26 being named a finalist for the Jostens Trophy. Women's track & field won its second straight ODAC Indoor Championship and saw Bailey Hedgemon '26 (first team) and Camille Gillum '26 (second team) pick up All-America honors at the national meet. |
| Men's track & field took second place at ODAC indoors, with Macky Gartley '29 placing 12th in the 60-meter hurdles at nationals, while Liam Flanagan '28 highlighted the wrestling team at nationals with a sixth-place finish after the team took fourth at regionals. |
| Men's basketball wrapped up its 2025-26 season at 17-9 overall and made the ODAC quarterfinals, while men's and women's swimming will both be represented at the national meet March 18-21. |

Finals Week
Winter Term Finals begin on April 11, and your student may share feeling stressed and/or anxious as they enter this time (especially with many exciting campus events also occurring in the next few weeks!). You might encourage that they visit the Harte Center and/or the Writing Center, visit professors during office hours and work with a peer tutor in advance of finals week. Check out additional learning resources for students, including a special section for parents. |
Important Housing Information
Housing will remain open over the spring break. If students are staying on campus, they should be aware that university services will be limited. Students who travel and are returning for Spring Term may leave their belongings in their room. Students who are not returning must remove all personal belongings, follow the "Closing Checklist" and return the room key to a drop-off location by no later than Sunday, April 19, to avoid cleaning or unreturned key fees. Learn more information on housing details and dates. |
