Winter Break Extended Stay Requests Due Dec. 2
Monday, Dec. 2, is the last date to request extended stay for Winter Break. Housing will close for Winter Break on Sunday, Dec. 15, at 5 p.m. Requests after the Dec. 2 deadline will not be considered. Students must complete an extended stay request via eRezLife. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances only. Approved requests will have their student accounts charged a $50/night fee.
All students must vacate housing by Sunday, Dec. 15 at 5 p.m. for Winter Break unless an extended stay has been approved. Students will receive a winter closing checklist. Students going abroad for Winter Term will receive specific information detailing their move out instructions via their WLU email.
